Abstract
Aiming to resolve predictive inaccuracies in traditional models of nanoporous materials, this work utilized Molecular Dynamics to simulate gas-solid coupled heat transfer. The results verified that gas adsorption conforms to the Langmuir isotherm and allowed for the quantification of a “thermal bridge” effective heat transfer area governed by both temperature and pressure. Consequently, an empirical correlation linking this area to environmental conditions was established, providing a basis for improving the predictive accuracy of macroscopic models.
