Abstract
本研究建立了包含部分表面粗糙度的三维瞬态热机械制动模型。有限元分析表明,在单粗糙度接触中,减小粗糙度会提高峰值温度,同时抑制高温区传播。双粗糙接触会引起几何不对中,使接触面积急剧减小,产生异质热通量,导致温度峰值跳跃和高温区碎裂。应力集中先于温度峰值。热软化和热膨胀共同调节应力分布,较小的粗糙度会因动态接触偏移而加剧应力不平衡。弹塑性变形产生的热源起源于地下区域并呈指数级衰减。热弹性效应较浅,而塑性耗散渗透较深;然而,减小的粗糙尺寸通过负载分散和缩短接触持续时间来限制塑料深度。这项工作阐明了粗糙度尺寸和接触模式对摩擦热行为的关键控制机制。
