Abstract
在通过轴承衬套油膜流场数值计算研究气蚀机理时,润滑油物性参数的动态变化对计算结果的准确性有显著影响。30-150°C和0.1-100MPa时的密度数据、30-100°C时的饱和蒸气压数据和粘度均通过自行设计的测试设备或送检获得。分析表明,密度随压力的升高近似线性增加,并随着温度的升高而减小。在高温高压下,压力的影响更为显著。饱和蒸气压随着温度的升高而增加得更快。粘度随着压力的升高而增加,低温下的增加幅度远高于高温,在相同压力下,温度越高,粘度越低。这些数据为提高轴承衬套油膜流场中空化模拟的精度提供了基础。
